Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Deposit
When booking, we require valid credit or debit card details or a cheque for payment
for the first nights stay.
Cancellation
Prior to 30 days from the date of stay your deposit is refundable less
£5 administration fee. If you are booking with us less than 30 days prior to your stay we will make every effort to re-let the room and refund your deposit less £5 administration fee, but your deposit will not be refunded
if we our unable to re-let the room.
